jQuery Mobile Announces Beta 1.3 Release

jQuery mobile has recently announced its 1.3 beta version release.

1.3.0 is centered around improving Responsive Web Design and introduces some cool new features that will improve cross browser mobile support.

1.3 will be accompanied by quite a bit of learning material in the form of a new demos site with Responsive Web Design tutorials and demos that will assist with enhanced customization of jQuery Mobile.

Testing is currently underway for 1.3.0 to support jQuery core versions 1.9 and 2.0 .

jQuery is gaining more and more acceptance in SharePoint deployments and the mobile story regarding SharePoint is continuing to add new and exciting chapters as more and more SharePoint site are adopting RWD in their implementations.
