<p>Warner Bros. Home Entertainment Inc. seeks a Sr. Software Engineer for the Business Process department. WB is seeking a hands-on and self-motivated leader to join a team implementing a cutting edge global SharePoint infrastructure dedicated to the enhancement of internal corporate operations/procedures across all functions. This position will provide a wide variety of business engineering and innovation related projects. Large amount of experience in Sharepoint applications development and system administration is required. This position will will work closely with client, developers, designers, and internal team members to develop and deliver the highest quality work in support of the client&rsquo;s strategic initiatives.</p>
<p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline">JOB RESPONSIBILITIES</span></strong></p>
<p></p>
<ul>
<li>Gather and translate business requirements and requests to technical staff to ensure that requirements are incorporated into system design and project plans.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Design, develop, test and implement SharePoint applications and business solutions.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Develop workflows and/or powershell scripts that supports automation and scalablity.</li>
<li>Assesses new and relevant SharePoint technologies and tools.</li>
<li>Provide clear documentation for project management and work processes.</li>
<li>Participate in successful business improvement and SharePoint projects from start to finish and deliver on time and on budget.</li>
<li>Make recommendations and/or perform changes as needed to improve functionality, performance, enterprise impacts/risks, and standards compliance.</li>
<li>Coordinate with firm security roles to ensure the SharePoint environment meets all necessary regulatory and/or customer information security requirements.</li>
<li>Major contributor in Sharepoint Platform architecture and design sessions.</li>
<li>Act as Subject matter expertise about technical questions and support issues.</li>
<li>Ensure high availability, disaster recovery and business continuity of SharePoint environments.</li>
<li>Participate in the development and the maintenance of policies, procedures Business continuity and Governance plans related to SharePoint.</li>
<li>Manage Bug Reporting / Features requests and improvement.</li>
<li>Maintain skills and knowledge about the latest trends, best practices and techniques.&nbsp;</li>

<p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline">JOB REQUIREMENTS</span></strong></p>

<li>Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Business or IT related field or equivalent work experience.</li>
<li>Certification in project Management (PMP) or SDLC highly desirable.</li>
<li>Microsoft Certification in SharePoint technology and/or architecture highly desirable.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) highly desirable.</li>
<li>10+ years of experience working with SharePoint 2003/2007/2010/2013 using content management, workflows, metadata, infopath forms, custom web parts, custom applications, and business intelligence reporting.</li>
<li>2+ year of technical project management experience.</li>
<li>Experience developing and maintaining applications.</li>
<li>Expertise and creativity with C#, .NET, Javascript, JQuery, Infopath, PowerShell.</li>
<li>Extensive experience developing workflows with Sharepoint or Nintex. Ability to clarify and clearly translate client needs/requests into actionable tasks.</li>
<li>Relationship building &#8211; strong orientation to delivering world class customer service and working with user and client communities; proactive approach to understanding and developing relations with partners.</li>
<li>Knowledge of SharePoint architectural design, best practices, web Parts development, management, and troubleshooting.</li>
<li>Experience of roles in SharePoint application and systems development&nbsp;</li>
<li>Must be detail-oriented; a self-starter and independent worker.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Proven ability to master and apply expert knowledge of application technology and associated leading edge solutions and strategies related to the client&rsquo;s business to help them achieve their business goals and objectives.</li>

<li>Expert with SharePoint related solutions/features framework such as .NET framework, C#, ASP, JQUERY, JAVASCRIPT, AJAX, ODATA, OAUTH, XML, HTML 5,SOAP, InfoPath, SharePoint web services, Windows Communication Foundation (WCF), Windows Workflow Foundation (WF)</li>
<li>Implementation and customization of SharePoint-based solutions.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Creation and implementation of Nintex based workflows or windows workflow foundations.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Microsoft .NET development to extend and augment the SharePoint platform.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Development of custom web parts.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of Visual Studio.</li>
<li>Extensive Experience with SharePoint Server 2010 and 2013 and Microsoft Office Development.</li>

<li>Gather and translate business requirements and requests to technical staff to ensure that requirements are incorporated into system design and project plans.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Manage developer(s) and consultant(s) priorities and tasks on project initiatives.</li>
<li>Develop and maintain integral relationships with SharePoint users, clients, developers and vendors.</li>
<li>Manage the development of workflows or powershell scripts that supports automation and scalablity.</li>
<li>Manage the development of sharepoint applications and/or soultions leveraging an SDLC methodology.</li>
<li>Assesses new and relevant SharePoint technologies and tools.</li>
<li>Provide clear documentation for project management and work processes.</li>
<li>Lead successful business improvement and SharePoint projects from start to finish and deliver on time and on budget.</li>
<li>Makes recommendations and/or perform changes as needed to improve functionality, performance, enterprise impacts/risks, and standards compliance.</li>
<li>Coordinate with firm security roles to ensure the SharePoint environment meets all necessary regulatory and/or customer information security requirements.</li>
<li>Lead Sharepoint Platform architecture and design sessions.</li>
<li>Subject matter expertise about technical questions and support issues.</li>
<li>Ensure high availability, disaster recovery and business continuity of SharePoint environments.</li>
<li>Oversee the upgrade procedures, apply service packs, hot fixes, and 3rd party patches to all SharePoint environments.</li>
<li>Participate in the development and the maintenance of policies, procedures Business continuity and Governance plans related to SharePoint.</li>
<li>Manage Bug Reporting / Features requests and improvement.</li>
<li>Maintain skills and knowledge about the latest trends, best practices and techniques.&nbsp;</li>

<p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline">JOB REQUIREMENTS</span></strong></p>
<ul>
<li>10+ years of experience working with SharePoint 2003/2007/2010/2013 using content management, workflows, metadata, infopath forms, custom web parts, custom applications, and business intelligence reporting.</li>
<li>1+ year of technical project management experience.</li>
<li>Experience of building and maintaining applications.</li>
<li>Technically proficient with PowerShell.</li>
<li>Experience with Sharepoint or Nintex workflow development.</li>
<li>Ability to clarify and clearly translate client needs/requests into actionable tasks.</li>

In addition, a SharePoint Developer will have 2+ years&rsquo; experience with SharePoint Technologies (Windows SharePoint Services 3.0, Office SharePoint Server 2010, InfoPath, Forms Services, Excel Services, Search, Business Data Catalog and Web Services) in a variety of business environments. Must be able to assist in design and development reviews. Should be comfortable with direct communication with all levels of technical and business resources.
